What is an accuracy score?

Accuracy is a new metric Trusty is applying to real estate agents.  We measure accuracy in two ways -- estimated selling price and estimated selling time.  When an agent leaves a review of a house, we record their estimate for home value and days on market.  Then, we track the results against the ultimate sale price and sale date to create accuracy scores for each individual agent.
